The warranty and return policy is only applied to units which are directly purchased from us. Any after sales issues with the units which bought out of trading channels, please contact your direct seller.
By ordering from us, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following warranty and return policy and conditions listed below. If any question, you can contact your sales person.
Shipping cost:
We are direct cooperator with HK DHL/ UPS/ TNT/HK Post and China EMS. We assure that the shipment will reach you in the fastest way with the best shipping cost. For detailed shipping cost for your order, please inquiry our sales person directly at goodbee1@goodbee.net.cn.
Delivery time:
For DHL/UPS/TNT, usually it takes 3-5 days to get the shipment delivered. For EMS and post, it depends on different countries.
Note:
A. Please remember to add your invoice reference when transfer
B. please remember to provide the T/T split to the sales person for us to check on our side.
Generally for international wire transfer, it will take 3-5 days for us to confirm your payment. We will keep you informed about the status, and will arrange shipment for you within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of the payment.
C. For international wire transfer, we will ONLY be responsible for the bank charge of Hong Kong Side, the Intermediary bank fees and the local bank fees are on buyer’s side.
